Corner Unit Features:

  • Protruding strike points on gear engage with flush strikes on secondary panel (perpendicular panel on corner).  See example under Technical Specifications Tab, with an astragal affixed to the opposite door panel
  • Can also be used on a regular sliding door:
    • Simply do not connect mechanism to roller carriages to remove lifting function
    • Then when mechanism is operated, the protruding locking points will engage with flush jamb strikes
    • The ‘mushroom head’ design of FPL’s strikes will help pull the sliding door closed
