Part Number: 213 (if used with the 95C Corner Unit, then use Part Number 213C)

The Lift & Slide Mechanism Extension adds an additional 24″ height, while adding 1 additional locking point.  Use for Lift & Slide Doors or Windows taller than 100″ (stock height of all FPL Lift & Slide Gears).

Additional locking points on taller doors or windows will provide added stability.

Compatible with the following Lift & Slide Gears:

• Lift & Slide Gear Mechanism
• Lift & Slide Counterbalance Gear Mechanism (Heavy Doors)
• Lift & Slide Corner Unit Gear Mechanism (Extension Part Number – 213C)

If your door is taller than 100″, but you do not need additional locking points, use our Lift & Slide Mechanism Filler Piece (various heights available).  Doors taller than 12′ would require more than one Filler Piece or Locking Extension.  You CAN use Filler Pieces to separate locking points evenly above the mechanism height of 100″ (8′ 6″), but please note the following:

• If you plan to have a Filler Piece between the main Mechanism and the Mechanism Extension (w/locking point), that Filler Piece can be NO LONGER than 20-1/2″.  This allows for the bar to connect from the Mechanism to the Mechanism extension beyond the Filler Piece
• If you plan to have a Filler Piece between a Mechanism Extension and an ADDITIONAL Mechanism Extension, that Filler Piece can be NO LONGER than 25-1/2″.  This allows for the bar to connect from one Mechanism Extension to the other.
