FPL’s Lift & Slide Basic Roller Kit with Stainless Steel Wheels features our heavy duty roller carriages that are built to take the weight of any sliding door you can build. Lab tested for 800 lbs capacity per carriage (with 30″ between each carriage), with additional Rear/Middle Roller Carriages available for heavier doors, or long panels (over 6′ long; see parts list for details).

Why use FPL’s Lift & Slide system with Stainless Steel wheels instead of plastic alternatives from other manufacturers?

If contractors install track by having an excess of concrete or mortar that would interfere with the travel of the wheel, plastic wheels may suffer damage and malfunction. Our stainless steel wheels are tough enough to endure this scenario. No need to replace the roller carriages due to an installation problem with the concrete or mortar.
