Our Tubular Privacy Latch Kit provides everything you need for your emergency access doors.  The interior uses a simple privacy button to lock, and the exterior trim (see ‘Compatible Plates/Rosettes’ tab for trim options) has a simple hole where you can insert an emergency key and press to gain access.  This latch kit includes the following components:

• Privacy Latch
• Latch Front (square & rounded corners)
• Full Lip Strike (square & rounded corners)
• Mounting Screws
• Dust Box
• Privacy Button
• Rubber “O” Ring
• 80 mm Privacy Spindle

This privacy latch is compatible with multiple plates/rosettes (see ‘Compatible Plates/Rosettes’ tab), and features the following:

• Strong spring to ensure lever return
• Used along with our Lever Spring Assist, which has 2 additional strong springs, ensuring lever return and preventing lever sag for years to come
• Use on 1-3/8″ or 1-3/4″ thick doors (see ‘Milling Details’ tab)
• Available in 2 different backsets (see ‘Part Numbers’ tab):
