Our Lift & Slide Handle Backing Plate allows handles to be mounted to the door or window when there is no exterior flush pull to screw into.  It has 5 mm protruding screw bosses that allow the screws from the handle to be threaded through the mechanism.  Simple install inside the door, behind the Gear Mechanism.

This Backing Plate is automatically included with any Lift & Slide handles that are sold with no exterior handle or pull.
