Description
FPL’s Stationary Adjustable Carriage Kit is built to take the weight of any sliding door you can build. Adapter adds end adjustment by tightening or loosening to lift and lower the carriage. The roller carriage is lab tested for 800 lbs capacity per carriage (with 30″ between each carriage). Additional carriages are available for heavier doors, or long panels (over 6′ long).

Configurations:
- End Adjustment from One End of Panel (pocketing doors)
- Use #295-98 (SS or NF) on one end of the door panel, and on the other end of the door panel use #98 (SS or NF) – Rear or Middle Lift & Slide Roller Carriage (no adjustment adapter). Use our Lift & Slide Connecting Rod to connect the 2 carriages (then both carriages will lift/lower when the end carriage is adjusted)

- Use #295-98 (SS or NF) on both ends of the door panel for end adjustment on either end. They would NOT be linked with our connecting rod, so that each carriage can be adjusted freely.

- Whether you have configured the door for end adjustment on one end or both ends, doors longer than 6′ or heaver than 1,600 lbs require a 3rd carriage. Use a tandem roller #98 (SS or NF) – Rear Lift & Slide Roller Carriage:
- For end adjustment from ONE end of panel (pocketing doors), use our Lift & Slide Connecting Rod to connect the tandem roller carriage to ALL other roller carriages (then all 3 carriages will lift/lower when the end carriage is adjusted)
